FatLossTarget.com was developed over a 4 year research period. Doctors, nutritionists and fitness experts that specialize in weight loss, gathered together and formed a tight research group. They also joined up with psychologists who specialize in helping people with motivational issues, fears and anxieties. The goal was to get to the bottom of the weight problems facing most the world today.
The operation was headed by renowned American Nutritionist, Irene Kelleher. She is a certified nutritionist and is currently a co-chairperson on the National Board of Health and Nutritional Sciences. She currently resides in San Diego California. Irene is the proud spokesperson for the FatLossTarget program.
Over the 4 year research period, the research group concluded that the secret to losing weight, becoming healthy and maintaining this new lifestyle, was to utilize a multi-step holistic approach that didn’t take much time from a persons day to day routine. Holistic was the choice approach versus following the route of synthetic medicines. That is because these diet medicines on the market today often cure one problem, while creating a completely different illness in the body. We wanted to take a mind, body and soul approach to weight loss.
When the control groups were formed and testing began, subjects from all different walks of life were asked to participate (people of different gender, race, creed, economical status, social status, age, location in the world, etc). They simply relied on diet plans to make the decisions for them, without knowing what was actually happening to their own bodies.
